Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of trabecular resection combined with phacoemulsification cataract extraction intraocular lens implantation for corneal astigmatism.Methods 114 cases of cataract combined with glaucoma patients were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 57 cases in each.Firstly,trabecular resection was used in control group.4 weeks later,phacoemulsification cataract extraction intraocular lens implantation was also used in control group.Trabecular resection combined with phacoemulsification cataract extraction intraocular lens implantation was used in research group.Corneal astigmatism of post operation 1 day,1 week,1 month,and 3 months,best corrected visual acuity of post operation 1 day,1 week,1 month,and 3 months,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in astigmatism between the two groups post operation 1 day (P>0.05).Post operation 1 week,1 month,3 months,the astigmatism of research group were (1.96±0.4)D,(0.87±0.33)D,(0.61±0.13)D,which were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Post operation 1 day,1 week,the BSCVA of research group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Post operation 1 month,3 months, 6 months,there was no significant difference in BSCVA between the two groups (P<0.05). The hospital stay time and cost of research group were less than those of control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe effect of trabecular resection combined with phacoemulsification cataract extraction intraocular lens implantation for cataract combined with glaucoma was good,and it could effectively improve corneal astigmatism and restore vision.It was worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
