Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of oxymatrine injection on leukocyte and hepatorenal and kidney function of colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy.METHODS:196 patients with colorectal cancer admitted from Jan. 2012 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table. 102 patients in control group were treated with oxaliplatin +calcium folinate +fluorouracil ( FOLFOX4 ) chemotherapy combined with oxymatrine injection, while 94 patients in control group were given single FOLFOX4 chemotherapy; the treatment course was 6 cycles in both groups.Changes of blood routine, hepatorenal and kidney function were compared between two groups.RESULTS: The blood platelet count and numeration of leukocyte in observation group decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease of control group was more significant than that of observation group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).And the hepatorenal function in both groups had no obvious change, there was no statistical significance between two groups before and after treatment ( P >0.05 ) .The serum creatinine level of observation group was lower than that of control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The effects of oxymatrine injection on leukocyte and hepatorenal and kidney function of colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy is significant, which can help to reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy in patients.关键词
