黄芪颗粒联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Astragalus particles combined with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(Lrh-BNP) in treatment of acute heart failure.METHODS:112 patients with acute heart failure admitted into the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang from Jun.2014 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 56 cases in each.The control group were treated with routine treatment of drugs against heart failure, while the observation group additionally received Astragalus particles combined with Lrh-BNP based on the control group.The clinical effects, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), N-terminal propetptide (NT-proBNP) level and adverse drug reactions after medication of 72 h were compared between two groups.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 96.4%(54/56), and control group was 69.6%(39/56), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,LVEDD of observation group and control group were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the difference had no significant between two groups.LVEF of observation group and control group were significantly increased compared with before treatment, and LVEF value of observation group was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NT-proBNP level in both groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment , observation group decreased more significantly than the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .There was no statistical significance between two groups in adverse drug reactions ( P >0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Astragalus particles combined with Lrh-BNP in treatment of acute heart failure was significant, with high safety.关键词
