Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of salbutamol sulfate solution combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of acute exacerbations of asthma in children.METHODS: 109 children with acute exacerbations of asthma admitted into Huichang County People's Hospital of Jiangxi Provence were selected to be divided into observation group (56 cases) and control group ( 53 cases ) via the random number table.The control group were treated with routine symptomatic treatment and single salbutamol sulfate solution inhalation , while the observation group additionally received budesonide inhalation based on the control group.The clinical effects were compared between two groups.RESULTS:After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 94.6%(53/56), and control group was 83.0%(44/53), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of lung function in observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of salbutamol sulfate solution combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of acute exacerbations of asthma in children is significant, which can relief the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function in children.关键词
