摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To explore and evaluate the effects of evidence-based pharmacy in clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS:Evidence-based pharmacy was adopted to manage the clinical use of antibiotics.247 patients from outpatient, emergency department or hospitalization with bacterial infection were selected from Taishan Maternal and Child Health Hospital(hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”), in 2014(before management) and 2015(after management) .The effective rate, infection recurrence rate, drug combination, bacteriological examination, drug susceptibility test, use of antibiotics and the irrational use were compared after treatment of 3 d, 5 d and 7 d. RESULTS:In the treatment of the 3 d, 5 d and 7 d, compared with after treatment, the effective rate was higher than that of before management, and the infection recurrence rate was lower than that of before management.Meanwhile, the use rate of antibiotics, drug combination rate, administration time of antibiotics were better than that of before treatment, and the rate of bacteriological examination and drug susceptibility test were higher than that of before management, and the irrational use rate decreased. CONCLUSIONS: Evidence-based pharmacy can effectively standardize the rational use of antibiotics, which can avoid the waste of medical resources, reduce the occurrence of drug abuse and adverse drug reactions. It is positive significance to the clinical medication treatment.关键词
