沙利度胺联合血府逐瘀胶囊治疗血管炎
Thalidomide and Xuefuzhuyu Capsules Therapy in Vasculitis Patients

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Thalidomide and Xuefuzhuyu capsules therapy in vasculi⁃tis patients. Methods Fifty-four outpatients with vasculitis were selected and divided into study group and control group randomly. Patients in the study group were given oral Thalidomide and Xuefuzhuyu capsules, while patients in the control group were given oral Prednisone and Tripterygium glycoside. Fourteen days were taken as a course of treatment, and all the patients were treated for 3 courses. Results After treatment patients in both groups had a good effect for vasculitis (clinical efficiency rates: 96.6% in the study group, and 92.0% in the control group. Both of them significantly eased aching joints, improved inflammatory state and reduced urine protein excretion. Liver dysfunction occurred less in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05) and some of them with insomnia got improved sleep. Conclusion Combined Thalidomide and Xuefuzhuyu cap⁃sules is an effective treatment for vasculitis, and with fewer side effects than those by prednisone and tripterygi⁃um glycoside.关键词
