糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症中医临床路径研究
Clinical Pathway for Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Diabetic Limb Arterial Occlusion

Abstract
Objective To observe of the clinical efficacy of traditional chinese medicine clinical pathway program for patients with diabetic limb arterial occlusive disease. Methods Ninety diabetic patients with pe⁃ripheral arterial occlusive disease were dialectically divided into blood stasis type group and damp-heat type group, and TCM clinical pathway was applied in the treatment for 28 days. The efficacy rate of both groups, ients, ankle-brachial indices (ABI) before and after the detection of patient groups and the dorsal posterior tibial artery mean flow velocity were observed. Results The efficacy rate of blood stasis type group was 78.05%, with the total efficacy rate of 100%; that of the damp-heat type group was 61.22%, with the total efficacy rate of 97.96%. After treatment, the ABI value in blood stasis type group increased than that before treatment (P<0.05). The dorsal, posterior tibial artery flow velocities of both groups increased higher than before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic limb arterial occlusion can effectively improve patient’s ABI and dorsal, posterior tibial artery mean flow velocity.关键词
