摘要

Abstract

Along with the large-scale application of LED products, technology development and production upgrade also lead to huge amount of waste LED. It will harm the environment and human health if the waste LED is treated inappropriately. However, waste LED has real recycling potential, the pollution will be eliminated if some effective scientific methods are adopted. Meanwhile some raw materials can be reclaimed for domestic production. Under such circumstance, both environmental and economic benefits will be achieved. Through analyzing the generation trend of waste LED in China, the potential environmental risks and recycling potential was explored based on the structure of LED.
