摘要

Abstract

By adding a core to the traditional chiral periodic structure, a new chiral periodic structure is obtained. Its shock resistance property is studied through SHPB experiment. The experimental results show that the generalized SHPB experiment technique can estimate the performance of the new structure. In the same initial condition but different test states, the transmission energy coefficients of the new chiral periodic structure layer are quite different. Unfortunately, comparing with the traditional chiral periodic structure, shock resistance property of the new chiral periodic structure has not been improved, it needs further optimum design.
