Abstract
The clearance between piston and hemisphere of swash plate compressors is inevitable because of the prcessing errors, and different clearances have different contributions to the vibration of the compressors. In this paper, first of all, the operation process of the compressor is simulated at different clearance, and the vibration of the compressor at different rotating speed and different clearance is tested experimentally. Then, it is confirmed that the clearance is one of the main vibration source of the compressor by signal time-domain analysis and spectrum analysis. Through simulation and testing analysis, it is found that the vibration of the swash plate compressor is aggravated when the clearance between piston and hemisphere is enlarged and the rotation speed is increased. The results of simulation agree well with the testing data. This work has provided a reference for fault diagnosis of the compressors.关键词
