Abstract
The sloshing noise in the fuel tank after braking can transfer into the car through the air and structure, mak-ing drivers and passengers uncomfortable. Learning the vibration performance of the tank is helpful for study of the transmis-sion characteristics of the fuel tank sloshing noise. In this paper, the Hyper Mesh code is applied to the modal simulation analysis of the tank. The first five-order natural frequencies and modals are obtained. Test results obtained through the experi-mental modal analysis are compared with the simulation results, and the accuracy of the modal simulation analysis is veri-fied. According to the modal shapes, typical vibration measurement points are picked out for the follow-up tank vibration measurement tests.关键词
