Abstract
To analyze the abnormal vibration fault of a roller at about 1350rpm speed, the finite element software is used to compute the natural frequency and vibration mode of each order of the compressor’s bracket. It is found that the main cause of the fault is the low natural frequencies of orders 1 and 2 of the compressor’s bracket. Through the analysis of the vibration waterfall diagrams of new and old compressor’s brackets, it is found that the abnormal vibration will cause bolt loose after some time operation of the compressor’s bracket which can lower the natural frequency. Combining with the engine vibration acceleration amplitude spectrum, it is found that the abnormal vibration is inspired by double frequency vibration during the engine ignition which stimulates the resonances of the compressor’s bracket.关键词
