Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of polyethylene glycol-electrolyte solution in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy.Method:50 patients with hepatic encephalopathy in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016,they were divided into observation group and control group,according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,the observation group was treated with polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution,and the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:Before treatment,two groups of patients with serum biochemistry,blood ammonia comparison,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the remission rate of hepatic encephalopathy was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),no serious adverse events were observed in the two groups,the incidence rate of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,the patients with hepatic encephalopathy are treated with polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution,which could obtain better therapeutic effect,and the safety is good,so it is worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.关键词
