奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Method:56 patients with advanced cervical cancer in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,28 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received Cisplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy,the patients in the observation group were used Nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy for treatment,the treatment effect of two groups were compare.Result:The treatment efficiency (89.29%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TheⅠ-Ⅳgrade incidence of adverse reactions(25.00%) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(60.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in advanced cervical cancer better,adverse reaction of lighter,is of great significance.关键词
