Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic combined with repair in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect. Method:84 patients in our hospital with malocclusion with dentition defect were divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group received conventional repair methods,while the treatment group received orthodontics combined with repair treatment,the treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.62%and the treatment satisfaction rate was 97.62%,while these of the control group were respectively 76.19%and 78.57%,the treatment group were better than those in control group,and there were statistical significances(P<0.05). Conclusion:Applying orthodontics combined with repair treatment to malocclusion with dentition defect has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of being widely popularized in clinical application.关键词
