Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of thymopentin and short course chemotherapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes. Method:129 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected as the objects,they were randomly divided into the treatment and control group,the control group was treated with the short course chemotherapy therapy,the treatment group based on given thymopentin treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.69%,which significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group,and lesions absorb effective rate was 84.62%,which higher than 70.31%of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose and 2 h after meal in the treatment group were slightly lower than those in control group,but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of thymopentin and short course chemotherapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes can help to improve the therapeutic effect,promote the absorption of lesions,control the blood glucose level,and has clinical application value.关键词
