Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of glucocorticoid in the treatment of children allergic purpura(HSP). Method:A total of 50 patients with HSP from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected as the objects,patients with lighter illness were devided into the control group,and patients with severe illness were devided into the observation group,25 patients in each group.Patients of the control group were given succinic acid hydrogen treatment,and the observation group was treated by Meprednisone.The clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were observed.Result:The rash,joint symptom and gastrointestinal reactions of patients in the two groups were relieved after the treatment.In the 15 children with renal involvement,14 cases of whom with routine urine were recovered after the glucocorticoid treatment,the other 1 case got controled and recovered after using the tripterygium wilfordii.After the glucocorticoid treatment,the height,weight,electrocardiogram(ecg),liver and kidney functions`had no significant difference than before the treatment(P>0.05).The WBC and PLT levels in both of the two groups during the therapy and after stop the drug were decreased than before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinically in the treatment of allergic purpura in children,can use glucocorticoid treatment of patients,the side effects of the drug is small,clinical effect is remarkable,can be popularized and applied in clinic.关键词
