实施护士分层管理对精神科暴力行为的影响OA
The Effect of Hierarchical Management of Nurses on Violence in Psychiatric Department
目的：探讨护士分层管理对精神科暴力行为的影响。方法：自2015年7月1日起对取得护士职业资格证书，从事精神科临床护理工作1.5年以上的17名护士，采用护士分层管理，弹性排班，根据护士不同能级，将护士分为N1~N4四个层级，制定各层级护士岗位职责，采取扁平化责任制整体护理的工作模式，比较护士分层管理前后6个月暴力行为发生率。结果：实施护士分层管理后患者暴力行为发生率明显低于实施前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：护士分层管理能有效降低…查看全部>>
