通脉四逆汤加味治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的临床观察OA
Study on the Efficacy of Tongmaisini Decoction in Treatment of the Neurotoxicity of Oxaliplatin
目的：观察通脉四逆汤加味对含奥沙利铂方案化疗引起的周围神经毒性的治疗作用。方法：选取2011年5月-2013年1月笔者所在医院收治的62例结直肠癌术后患者为研究对象，随机分成治疗组32例和对照组30例，治疗组在FOLFOX方案(奥沙利铂+四氢叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶)或XELOX方案(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨)化疗的基础上加用通脉四逆汤；对照组仅用FOLFOX方案(奥沙利铂+四氢叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶)或XELOX方案(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨)化疗。两组均化疗4个周期后…查看全部>>
