Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect about transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal herniorrhaphy under laparoscopic in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia.Method:From January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital,68 cases of inguinal hernia were selected as research subjects,which were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the surgical procedure,34 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional open before peritoneal hernia repair treatment,while the observation group was applied to transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal herniorrhaphy under laparoscopic. Amount of bleeding during operation,time of leaving bed,length of hospital stay,operative time,complication of the two groups were compared.Result:Both groups successfully completed the surgeries,and amount of bleeding during operation of two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Time of leaving bed, length of hospital stay,operative time and complication of the observation group were better than the control group,and there were statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect about transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal herniorrhaphy under laparoscopic in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia is satisfactory,safe and reliable,which can promote postoperative recovery and has so less postoperative complications that should be widely applied.关键词
