无创呼吸机在抢救急性左心衰中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of noninvasive ventilator for acute left heart failure.Method:From July 2013 to September 2015, 56 patients with acute left heart failure disease were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,28 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional drug therapy treatment,while the observation group was given traditional drug therapy combined with noninvasive ventilator treatment.Efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:In the observation group,HR,R,MBP,PaO2 and SaO2 indicators improved significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05),the observation group efficiency was 92.9%,it was significantly higher than 71.4% in the control group.Rehospitalization rare(25.0%) and major adverse cardiovascular events rare(3.6%) in the observation group were lower than 46.4% and 21.4% in the control group(P<0.05),the adverse reactions in the observation and the control group were 7.1%,14.3%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is remarkable effect in the treatment of acute left heart failure and prognosis rescue using BiPAP,and it is a good method to approach the world.关键词
