摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the efficacy of percutaneous puncture catheter drainage guided by color doppler ultrasound in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess(BLA).Method:From January 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital,56 cases of bacterial liver abscess patients treated with percutaneous puncture catheter drainage guided by color doppler ultrasound were selected for the research.Clinical effect after the treatment,effective rate,hospitalization time and occurrence of complications were observed.Result:Patients when discharged from hospital were all cured,and the effective rate was 100%,no complications occurred,and the average hospital stay was (10±3)days,follow-up after discharge without recurrence.Conclusion:Percutaneous catheter drainage guided by color doppler ultrasound in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess is simple,minimally invasive and effective,which has a good practical and promotional value.关键词
