Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the birth canal examination and puerperal infection in premature rupture of membranes(PROM).Method:64 cases of premature rupture of membranes were divided into two groups,32 women were divided into the case group(birth canal examination >2),and other 32 cases were divided into the control group(birth canal examination were less than or equal to 2 times),the patient’s temperature,the total white blood cell count(WBC) of prenatal and postnatal 24 to 48 hours,and the procalcitonin(PCT) were recorded.Result:Compared with the control group,all the indexes in the case group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Frequently check the birth canal will significantly increase the incidence of puerperal infection in premature rupture of membranes(PROM).关键词
