Abstract
Objective:To compare the the clinical value of C-arm and CT two different ways in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with gasserian ganglion radiofrequency.Method:From 2010 to 2014,56 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in our department were reviewed and randomly divided into the CT group and the C-arm group,each in 28 cases.The time of puncture success between two groups,the number of adjusted times until puncture needle success, and the number of patients who gave up surgery due to failure of the puncture were compared.Result:There were no obvious complications in the two different methods,and the time required and adjust the number of times in the CT group were significantly less than than C-arm group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the postoperative curative effect(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with Gasserian ganglion radiofrequency using both C-arm and CT imaging methods have the advantages of safety,less complications etc.CT takes less time to puncture and more accurate than C-arm.关键词
