摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional surgery and minimally invasive surgery in pediatric hernia.Method:From March 2013 to March 2015,120 children with hernia surgery in our hospital were randomly selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,the study group underwent minimally invasive surgery,the control group was taken traditional surgery.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,incision,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and wound healing time in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 4 cases of postoperative complications in the study group,the rate of complication was 6.7%,there were 13 cases of complications in the control group,the rate of complication was 21.7%.The incidence of complications in two groups had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgical has a small incision minimally invasive surgical trauma, which is conducive to wound healing and postoperative recovery,and fewer adverse reactions,is fit for application of pediatric clinical surgery.关键词
