Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of serum lipase(LPS) and hematocrit(HCT) level as early markers in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Method:Serum HCT and LPS within 24 hours after admission in hospitalized patients with severe acute pancreatitis were analyzed and compared with MAP group and the control group.The value within 24 h HCT,LPS changes associated with acute pancreatitis severity and early predictive value for severe pancreatitis was evaluated.Result:LPS in SAP group was obviously higher than that in the MAP group and the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of HCT in SAP group was obviously higher than that in MAP group and the control group(P<0.05),while the HCT in MAP group and the control group had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum HCT combined with LPS can be used as indicators of early evaluation of SAP.关键词
