Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the application of the transurethral ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy.Method:From January 2015 to December 2015 in Southeast University Affiliated Zhongda Hospital Uropoiesis Surgical Department,730 patients with ureteral calculi ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy through the urinary tract,surgical rapid rehabilitation concept was applied for perioperative care,the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the application of the transurethral ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy was observed.Result:Application of rapid rehabilitation concept of surgery in perioperative nursing,724 cases without obvious complications,postoperative fever were 3 cases,rubble return pelvic were 2 cases in the process of calculus removed,ureteral mucosa stripped was 1 case.Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgery can reduce the postoperative complications,increase patient comfort,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
