黛力新治疗原因不明性头晕36例分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Deanxit in the treatment of unexplained dizziness patients in our hospital Neurology department. Method:From January 2015 to December 2015,72 patients with unexplained dizziness were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in our hospital Neurology department,the control group was taken conventional treatment,combined with Xuanyunting 25 mg,3 times per day, the treatment group wan taken conventional therapy,combined with Deanxit 0.125 g,2 times per day.Result:The curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion:Deanxit in the treatment of unexplained dizziness gets better treatment effect,there is no serious adverse reaction.关键词
