摘要

Abstract

This study constructed the professional competency model for higher vocational college counselors by regarding the counselors of 15 higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province as the research objects and using the methods of literature review, case analysis, and questionnaire investigation, on the basis of the theory of competency iceberg model. The model includes four dimensions that are professional attitudes, personal qualities, professional knowledge and skills level. And the grade appraisal and evaluation index system for higher vocational college counselors has been established.
