Investigation on the Supply and Demand of Professionals in the Middle and Western Regions of China
我国中西部地区承接东部产业转移的步伐正在加速进行，人才的流失和稀缺是制约中西部地区承接转移的重要因素。课题组通过对地区年鉴数据及实地调研分析，发现中西部地区存在职业人才供不应求和人才结构失衡等问题，探索可能存在的原因有人才红利的消失，高校教育与社会需求脱节，同时缺乏人才保障体系等；并据此提出完善中西部地区人才培养建设，深化教育改革内容，校、政、企多方合作，提升人才集聚效应，完善用人企业保障制度及提供相关政策倾斜以提高就业及完善社保等相关配套体系的对策建议。
The transfer of eastern industries to the middle and western areas of China is speeding, but the loss and the scarcity of professionals is an important factor restricting undertaking transfer in middle and western regions.
