六神曲发酵机理研究方向的思考
Hypothesis of Research on Fermentation Mechanism of Shenqu
摘要
Abstract
Ancient Shenqu literature and modern studies were summarized.Considering preparation method,drug efficacy records,tracing the background of Shenqu,it is proposed,that firstly,Shenqu source is the ancient distiller's yeast of high efficiency,secondly,variation of microbial species and fresh herbs join in Shenqu,and enhance the efficacy of digestion.The two hypotheses will give a clue as to the direction of the research on fermentation mechanism of Shenqu.关键词
