分离筛选淡豆豉发酵菌的培养基优化
Optimization of Selective Medium to Isolate Fermentation Microbes from Sojae Semen Praeparatum

Abstract
Objective:This study is aimed to optimize the selective medium to isolate Sojae Semen Praeparatum fermentation microbes sciencely,simplely and quickly.Methods:Four conventional medium:potato extract glucose agar medium (PDA),Martin's medium (RA),Czapek 's agar medium (CA),Nutrient agar (NA)were compared with the medicinal medium contained with extract liquid from Mori Folium and Artemisiae Annuae Herba,which are used to culture and isolate fermentation microbes from Sojae Semen Praeparatum at (28 ±2)℃ to observe variation law of microbial flora and proportion.Results:The selective medium contained Mori Folium and Artemisiae Annuae Herba extract liquid was superior to the conventional medium to isolate Sojae Semen Praeparatum fermentatiom microbes.Medicinal medium showed the features of science,simplicity, rapidity and uniqueness.Conclusion: According to the different fermentation medicinal matrix, establishing the method of exclusive and selective medium can also be applied to other fermentation Chinese medicine.关键词
