Abstract

Objective:To investigate the dynamic changes of multiple ingredients in Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa leaf (ZSL)collected in different growth period,and provide the data for selection of the suitable harvest time of ZSL.Methods:UPLC-TQ MS and HPLC methods were used to determine the contents of 19 nucleosides and 23 amino acids as well as rutin, hyperoside and isoquercitrin in ZSL and their contents in the samples collected in different growth periods were compared.Results:The content differences of nucleosides,amino acids and flavonoids in ZSL collected in different growing periods were greatly obvious.Among them,the content of nucleosides generally exhibited two peaks with the leaf growth.Amino acids content showed a trend that increased firstly,then decreased.For flavonoids,a gradually reducing trend from the high level of their whole content was found.The total content of these three types constituents were relatively high in samples collected in June 28th.Conclusion:Given the above results,the suitable harvesting time for ZSL should be in late June when it was mainly used to prepare the tea.The results of this study provide a scientific basis for selecting the suitable harvesting period for ZSL as well the data for the efficient utilization of ZSL resource.
