摘要

Abstract

Objective:To make systemic morphological observation for 12 pollen samples of Lonicera L.from different habitats and provide a reference for pharmacognostic identification and classification based on the character comparisons.Methods:The scanning electron microscope (SEM)was applied to observe the morphological characteristics and gauge the size and density of external spine while the pollen size was measured by means of optical microscope,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:Numerical features of pollens of same species from different habitats were broadly similar in contrast with interspecific differences.Conclusion:Application of Numerical Taxonomy of Pollen Morphology combined with statistical analysis can provide a basis for pharmacognostic identification and classification of Lonicera.
