摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effects of different N,P and K nutrient solution on the biomass and active component of annual licorice.Methods:N,P and K was used as “3414”test schene by pot experiment,and the nutrient solution of different formula was applied.Above-ground part and root fresh weigh of licorice were observed dynamicly,and active components content of licorice root were determined using HPLC.Results:Effect of different fertilization treatments on the biomass and active components of licorice have some difference.Compared with the control group,root fresh weight of the treatment group N2 P2 K1 and N2 P3 K2 increased by 56.7% and 50.0% respectively,content of licorice acid increased by 29.6% and 65.4% respectively,licorice acid production per plant yield increased by 141.7% and 103.0%.Conclusion:The Optimal Levels of N,P and K combined application could promote the growth of potted annual licorice,and significantly increased the biomass and the content of the active components.
