不同干燥方法对大黄9种活性成分含量的影响研究
Influence on Contents of Nine Active Compounds by Different Drying Methods in Rhubarb

Abstract
Objective:To compare the influences on the quality of the rhubarb by the different drying methods,such as slices dried in the shade,slices dried in the sun,Gezi dried in the shade,Gezi fumigated-drying,baking temperature at 50 ℃,60 ℃,70 ℃ and 80 ℃.This research aims to prepare theory and technological knowledge to choose the appropriate drying method,improving the quality of medicines and economic benefit.Methods:HPLC was used to determinate the content of phenolic acids,dianthrone glycosides and free anthraquinones.Variance analysis was used to evaluate the quality of processed products.Results:In terms of total free anthraquinones,only Gezi dried in the shade,Gezi fumigated-drying, slices dried in the shade slices dried in the sun and,baking temperature at 80℃ were over 0.20% according to the ChP 2015.The sennoside A contents were the highest by Gezi dried in the shade,slices dried in the shade occupied the second range,baking temperature at 60℃ was the lowest.Yet,all samples from different groups were over 0.25% accroding to the JP 16.Conclusion:Compaire with the drying methods of drying by Gezi dried in the shade,the drying methods of slices dried in the sun was easier to promotion..关键词
