摘要

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the process of extracting flavonoids from the seeds of Ablemoschus manihot.Methods:Ethanol concentration,extraction time and liquid ratio were selected as independent variables of response surface methodology to study the effects of various factors and their interactions on extraction of flavonoids from the seeds of A.manihot.The extraction regression equation for flavonoids was obtained by simulation and the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids were determined.Results:The optimal extraction parameters were as follows:ethanol concentration 60%, extraction temperature 80 ℃,extraction time 60 min,liquid ratio 1 ∶39.Conclusion:The extraction technology is reliable, reasonable and highly predictive.
