龙胆泻肝片质量标准研究

Abstract
Objective: To establish a quality standard for Longdan Xiegan Tablets.Methods: Microscopic identification was used by qualitative identification of Gentiana scabra Bge and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi;TLC was used for qualitative identification of G.scabra and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis;HPLC was used for the determination of gentiopicrin of G.scabra.Results:Microscopic identification showed obvious characteristics,TLC spots were clear;the linear ranges of gentiopicrin was 0.104 8 ~0.628 8 μg (r >0.999).Rate of recovery was 100.4%(n =6).Conclusion:The method is accurate reliable and reproducible and can be used for quality control of Longdan Xiegan Tablets.关键词
