Application of DNA Molecular Markers in Quality Control of Salvia miltiorrhiza
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces DNA molecular markers including RAPD,AFLP SRAP,EST-SSR,DNA sequencing and so on in the study of genetic diversity within species,the speciational evolution and the relationship with geographical distribution of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The analysis result indicates that different DNA molecular markers have merits and demerits,so we think that the combination of different molecular markers or with traditional morphological markers, biochemical markers and cytological markers may provide a theoretical basis for collection,conservation,classification, identification,quality control of medicinal materials, reasonable development, utilization and the variety breeding of S.miltiorrhiza.关键词
