疯草内生真菌Undifilum oxytropis 次级代谢产物分析
Analysis of Secondary Metabolites ofUndifilum Oxytropis from Locoweeds
摘要
Abstract
To clarify chemical composition of secondary metabolites and provide evidence for biological ac-tivity studies and application of Undifilum oxytropis from locoweeds,experimental strain preserved in our lab was fermented about 30 d by Czapek’s fermentation;Collected mycelium and fermentation broth were analyzed by system pre-test;on this basis,petroleum ethe,chloroform,ethyl acetate and butanol phase of mycelium and broth were obtained by organic solvents gradient extraction,then TLC testing and GC tes-ting were conducted.System pre-test concluded that fermentative culture contains alkaloids,proteins,phe-nols,tannins,flavonoids,quinones,volatile oil and grease.Fermentation system of Undifilum oxytropis contains at least 5 compounds by TLC testing.SW and its analogues indwell exist in butanol phase of myce-lium and broth.GC testing drawed that the content of SW in fermentation broth of Undifilum oxytropis was 5.17×10 -3 g/L.SW and other useful secondary metabolites exist in mycelium and fermentation broth of Undifilum oxytropis .关键词
