Abstract
Anti-domestic Violence Law of the People’s Republic of China, as adopted at the 18th Session of the Standing Commit-tee of the Twelfth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on December 27, 2015, has come into force on March 1, 2016. Under the domestic abuse condition, this paper discusses the concept and characteristics of domestic abuse investigation, sums up the domestic abuse punishment according to the pattern of the current specification from the current laws and regulations and practice, analyzes the pros and cons, and puts forward institutional suggestions.关键词
