摘要

Abstract

A new identification method on the moment of inertia of servo system was put forward,with the Siemens 840D CNC (computer numerical control) system was taken as the experimental platform.In this method,by using the synchronous functions of the 840D numerical control system,the given excitation signal with a format of pseudorandom sequence was realized and the drive torque value and the axial displacement output data was collected.Based on the least square method,the identification of system transfer function was implemented through the Matlab system identification toolbox with the collected input and output data.The results of the identification experiment show that the presented method can accurately identify the moment of the servo system.This method is simple and effective,and also suitable for the identification of servo control system model.
