Research on synthetic optimum dynamic balancing of high-speed press machine
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce inertia forces of planar mechanism,a new generic optimization approach for the synthetic dynamic balancing of the shaking force/moment was presented.For given dimensions and driving characteristics of a mechanism,the inertia forces depend only upon the mass distribution of the moving links.The dynamic substitution of concentrated point-mass was introduced to represent the inertial properties of the links and to identify optimizing variables.The effectiveness of the proposed methodology was illustrated for a transmission mechanism of a multi-linkage press machine.There can be find a successful application in a general planar linkage mechanism.关键词
