基于超单元建模法的车身动力学仿真分析
Vehicle body dynamics simulation and analysis based on the super-element modeling method
摘要
Abstract
For increasing the computational efficiency of vehicle body dynamics simulation,a method for body structure dynamics simulation analysis was proposed in this paper.According to the method,a MPV(multi-purpose vehicle)body structure was divided into several subsystems and then body modal parameters and frequency functions were obtained through super-element reduction,residual structure solution and super-element data recovery.The study results show that compared to tradi tional modeling method,computational time is reduced approximately respectively by 6.9% in body modal analysis and 87.7 % in the vehicle acceleration simulation and body optimization based on frequency response analysis without reducing accuracy.And in vehicle acceleration simulation,vehicle interior vibration-response-simulated results are in accordance with on-road test in aspects of trend and peak frequency points.关键词
