摘要

Abstract

For increasing the computational efficiency of vehicle body dynamics simulation,a method for body structure dynamics simulation analysis was proposed in this paper.According to the method,a MPV(multi-purpose vehicle)body structure was divided into several subsystems and then body modal parameters and frequency functions were obtained through super-element reduction,residual structure solution and super-element data recovery.The study results show that compared to tradi tional modeling method,computational time is reduced approximately respectively by 6.9% in body modal analysis and 87.7 % in the vehicle acceleration simulation and body optimization based on frequency response analysis without reducing accuracy.And in vehicle acceleration simulation,vehicle interior vibration-response-simulated results are in accordance with on-road test in aspects of trend and peak frequency points.
