电动车用IPMSM损耗最小化电流求解方法
Study on loss-minimizing current solution of IPMSM for electric vehicles
摘要
Abstract
To realize real-time efficiency optimization control of interior permanent-magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM),and to solve the loss-minimizing current in real-time,a method based on projected dynamic system was proposed.Firstly,the efficiency optimization of IPMSM was formulated as a optimization problem constrained by torque constraint,current constraint,and voltage constraint.Then,the optimization problem was separated into cases depending on whether the optimal solution was found on the boundary or in the interior of the constraints.According to optimization theory,the solutions could be obtained from nonlinear equations.Finally,a projected dynamic system was used to find the solution of the nonlinear equations.According to the projected theory and the matrix norm theory,the convergence criterion of the projected dynamic system was obtained,and the criterion was very simple,and easily acquired.Simulation results show that the method proposed is effective,and the analysis of the convergence criterion is correct.关键词
