Abstract
Objective To make a study on the clinical effectiveness of combination of application of oral loratadine dis-persible tablets and budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pregnancy bronchitis.Methods Altogether 83 cas-es of pregnant women with bronchitis who had been treated in our hospital from March 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the object and randomly divided into two groups:single drug group and combination group.Patients in single drug group were administered with oral loratadine dispersible tablets;combination group accepted budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of single drug group.Then,multiple indicators were observed and compared between two groups, including the effect rate of treatment of pregnancy bronchitis;the difference of pre- and post-treatment tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),C-reactive protein (CRP) and quality of life;the incidence of adverse reactions;fever clearance time,the disappearance time of cough,wheezing and pulmonary rales.Results The curative effectiveness of combination group was higher than that in single drug group with statistical difference (P﹤0.05).The post-treatment TNF-α,IL-6,CRP and quality of life of combination group was highly improved than that of single drug group respec-tively,with statistical difference (P﹤0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups compared with no statistical differenc (P﹥0.05).Combination group took short er defervescence time and disappearance time of cough,wheezing and pulmonary rales than single drug group with statistical difference (P﹤0.05).Conclusion Combination of application of o-ral loratadine dispersible tablets and budesonide aerosol inhalation has demonstrated its clinical curative effectiveness and high safety in the treatment of pregnancy bronchitis,which can effectively improve patients' clinical symptoms and inflammatory level,promote the subsidence of clinical symptoms and the quality of life,and it deserves clinical popular-ization.关键词
