Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) replacement combined with intrathe-cal injection in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis.Methods 81 patients with tuberculous meningitis were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital,all patients were randomly assigned to the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=41).The control group received conventional antituberculosis treatment,the observation group treated with CSF replacement combined with intrathecal injection on the basis of conventional treatment.The tubercu-losis meningitis treatment effect,course of disease and other indicators were compared of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.7%,which was significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group (P﹤0.05).The disappearance time of fever,headache,dural irritation and intracranial hypertension in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group respectively (P﹤0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count and protein content of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P﹥0.05).Conclusion CSF replacement combined with intrathecal injection in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis has a good clinical effect,can effectively shorten the course of disease,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.关键词
