Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation combining with a small dosage of furosemide via sustained micro-pumping in the treatment of postoperative low cardiac output syndrome in patients with severe cardiac valve disease.Methods 81 patients with severe cardiac valve diseases who suffered from the complications of postoperative low cardiac output syndrome were admitted into our hospital from November 2006 to December 2015 and selected as research object.They were randomly divided into control group (n=40;only intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation) and research group(n=42;intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation combining with a small dosage of furosemide via sustained micro-pumping).Improvement of low cardiac output syndrome after treatment,time of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation,dosage of vasoactive drugs including dopamine and epinephrine,changes of creatinine value,and changes of cardiac index were observed and compared.Results After therapy,low cardiac output syndrome in the two groups was improved to a certain degree.In the research group,the total effective rate of low cardiac output syn-drome was 90.5%,much higher than that in the control group accounting for 75.0%(P﹤0.05).Compared with control group,assisting time of research group was shorter,dosages of vasoactive drugs including dopamine and epinephrine were lower,fluctuation of changes in creatinine in renal function was milder,and changes of cardiac indexes was greatly in-creased in the research group,which were displayed statistical differences (P﹤0.05).The mortality in control group was 25.0%,obviously higher than 9.5% in the research group.Conclusion Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation combining with small dasage furosemide in the treatment of postoperative low cardiac output syndrome in patients with severe car-diac valve disease can obtain a great effect in a low mortality,which provides an important reference for correction of postoperative low cardiac output syndrome in patients with severe cardiac valve disease.关键词
