Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of hematoma removal surgery of soft-channel-assisted micro-bone window craniotomy in the treatment of basal ganglia hemorrhage complicated with cerebral hernia.Methods 40 patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage complicated with cerebral hernia from December 2013 to December 2015 in our department were selected as the research object,16 cases of basal ganglia hemorrhage combined with cerebral hernia from Decem-ber 2014 to December 2015 underwent hematoma removal surgery of soft-channel-assisted micro-bone window cran-iotomy were selected as the treatment group,24 cases of basal ganglia hemorrhage combined with cerebral hernia under-went large bone flap craniotomy hematoma removal combined with bone flap decompression from December 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the control group.The hematoma clearance rate,operation time,skull defect area,clinical efficiency and mortality of the two groups was compared.Results There were no significant difference in the hematoma cleared rate,mortality,clinical efficiency between the treatment group and the control group (P﹥0.05).The operative time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,skull defect area after treatment in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference (P﹤0.05).Conclusion Soft-channel-assisted micro-bone window craniotomy can be used as the preferred method to treat basal ganglia hemorrhage complicated with cerebral hernia.关键词
