Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of argatroban combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods 60 cases of large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction in our hos-pital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with combination of argatroban and clopidogrel,the control group was treated with clopidogrel.The total effective rate and the score of NIHSS before and after treatment in the two groups was compared.Results The score of NIHSS after treatment for 1 and 2 weeks in the observation group was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P﹤0.05).The score of NIHSS after treatment for 1 and 2 weeks in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P﹤0.05).The total ef-fective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group,with significant difference (P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups (P﹥0.05).Conclusion Combination of argatroban and clopidogrel in the treatment of large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction can achieve perfect clinical effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
